Most of us when we fall, we fall forward. Not all failures in our lives are a loss of momentum. We tripped or got distracted. But even failures can move us forward in life, if we are able to understand what we tripped over or lost our balance over. If we can hold fast to the Holy One, through mitzvot of thought and deed, then we will better hold fast to the good within us and so be inclined to pick ourselves up and walk forward again better balanced than previously, more attentive and on steady feet.
